Time Unit continues the slow push of Apple Watch games

Apple Watch gaming hasn’t really become much of a thing, but there doesn’t mean there aren’t some fun options out there. Runeblade, for example, looked pretty cool, as Everywear Games, its developers, understood the strengths and limitations of gaming on such a tiny but highly mobile device.

Time UnitAnd now, they’re back with Time Unit, the first superpowered, heroes-against-villains adventure available only on Apple Watch.

When a mysterious anomaly breaches space-time and unleashes an invasion of monstrous abominations upon the world, the elite heroes of the Time Unit must combine their powers to fix this quantum catastrophe. Explore dangerous environments, discover new team members and level up the unique abilities of each squadmate to defend the planet from the fearsome WORF Initiative.

Time Unit offers intuitive gameplay and controls fine-tuned for quick bursts of glance-based action for the to-go nature of the Apple Watch. Additional content is expected through free updates after release.

Time Unit for Apple Watch (and iOS) is available now for free in the iTunes App Store.
