Moshi releases Mythro Air wireless headphones
I hope you took us seriously when we (repeatedly) told you not to order Apple’s Bluetooth headphones for your iPhone 7, and to wait until something better comes along, because that something is now here. Just in time for your holiday shopping, Moshi has announced availability of the Mythro Air wireless earbud headphones.
This is what Moshi would like you to know:
Following the same stylish aluminum design and audio quality as our best-selling Mythro earbuds, Mythro Air delivers features unmatched by competitors in its class, including 8 hours of playtime and proprietary DJ4two music-sharing capabilities. Mythro Air is currently available in gunmetal gray, with red and silver color options to follow in mid-December.
For clarity, the DJ4two feature allows you to stream music to a second Moshi headset, meaning two people can listen to the same device without the need for the cables and y-adapters that Apple seems to hate so much. It requires the free Moshi Bluetooth Audio app, I’m curious to see how that technology works with incoming phone calls (if at all).
Additional features of the Mythro Air include:
- a compact and ergonomic fit for comfortable listening,
- DR8 Neodymium drivers (15 Hz-20 kHz / -10dB@1kHz),
- an integrated microphone with 3-button remote,
- and a magnetic clip.
As mentioned above, the gunmetal gray Mythro Air is available now for $69.95, with the burgundy red and jet silver models scheduled to arrive in December. For more information, visit www.moshi.com.
