Blizzard celebrates the holidays with sales
It’s that time of year when our favorite game companies have sales on games we want to play, at prices we can afford. Today it’s Blizzard, who has lowered the price on most of their games, game merchandise, and in-game items for us or for our gaming loved ones.
The digital versions of World of Warcraft are discounted 75%, and you can buy World of Warcraft for $4.99 (regularly $19.99) and Warlords of Draenor, the latest expansion, for $12.49 (regularly $49.99).
This is a great way to take advantage of Recruit-a-Friend—even if you’re already a subscriber to World of Warcraft—which gives you in-game rewards such as free game time, a mount or pet, and faster leveling.
The World of Warcraft sale lasts until January 4, 2016.
The StarCraft sale ends on December 8, 2015.
If you play Heroes of the Storm, Blizzard’s take on the MOBA genre, you’re in for a treat since all Heroes, Mounts, and Skins will be on sale at a 50% in both the US and EU. You can also buy a new 360 Day Stimpack at a deeply discounted price that will only be available during the sale.
If you missed out on buying some items before they were discontinued, now’s your chance to get some of them in a Second Chance bundle that includes Winter Veil Jaina Skin, Greatfather Winter Rehgar Skin, Reigndeer Mount, Nazeebra Mount, Lunar Tiger Mount, and a Magic Carpet Mount.
The Heroes of the Storm sale ends on December 8, 2015.
Last, but not least, are plushies and clothes including sweatshirts, hoodies, leggings, robes, and more Blizzard merchandise for 30% off. There’s also free global shipping and a free Cute But Deadly Blind Vinyl if your order is more than $100.
Blizzard’s Black Friday sale lasts until December 4, 2015.
